What does hospice care look like for you?
At Hospice of Acadiana, we're here to meet you where you are. As you move from curative treatments to managing pain and symptoms, we've got a range of hospice services ready to help. From taking care of physical needs to supporting you emotionally and spiritually, we want to make sure you're comfortable and at peace throughout your hospice journey.
It is designed for individuals with a life expectancy of six months or less, focusing on pain management and symptom relief related to the terminal illness. Importantly, hospice care is a fully covered medical benefit under Medicare, Medicaid, and all private insurance plans.
